Gladstone Place Partners Names Felipe Ucrós Partner
I am excited to let you know that Felipe Ucrós has been named partner at
Gladstone Place Partners, making him our fourth partner and first partner
promotion since we launched the firm.
As you know, we are a strategic and financial communications boutique based
in NY with an office in San Francisco. We are grateful for the confidence our
clients have placed in us as we strive to build a diverse partnership and firm
upheld by shared values, excellent client service, teamwork and collegiality.
I have known Felipe for more than 13 years as he has grown as a business
professional and trusted communications and investor relations advisor.
Felipe joined Gladstone before the launch of the firm soon after receiving his
MBA from Columbia Business School when we were camped out in a WeWork
(admittedly on Park Avenue) pulling the foundations of the firm together.
He has been a strong contributor to our recruiting and retention efforts,
ensuring incredibly high standards for client service, and overall building
our culture – including early on leading our Culture Week where we collectively
defined our mission, vision and values.
Felipe has distinguished himself in many ways: through his commitment to his
profession, his focus on excellence and providing the best advice and execution,
his dedication to mentorship and providing guidance to colleagues and others
just starting out in the field.
He has worked on a wide variety of complex assignments, from investor
relations and M&A transactions to issues management and litigation. Felipe
has handled important mandates for the likes of Churchill Capital, Duke
Energy, Marriott, Sycamore Partners and many others.
We are thrilled that he will be a part of the GPP management team and a
continued leader at the firm.
