Julie LaskinSenior Vice President
Julie Laskin is a senior vice president at Gladstone Place Partners where she supports clients on financial and strategic communications, including projects related to shareholder activism, M&A transactions, CEO transitions, litigation, corporate reputation, and issues management. She brings to the firm extensive in-house experience in investor relations as well as financial and corporate governance communications.
At Gladstone, Julie has advised clients such as IBM, Nikola, The Vistria Group, and Wayne-Sanderson Farms on a variety of mandates. Her transaction experience includes HNI Corporation’s acquisition of Kimball International, The Chernin Group’s strategic investment in Funko, and Oklo’s proposed business combination with AltC, a special purpose acquisition company. Additionally, Julie advised Illumina in its engagement with Carl Icahn and supported The Brookings Institution when the organization announced a new president.
Prior to joining Gladstone, Julie worked for ten years at Prudential Financial, Inc., where she held several positions across corporate finance, investor relations, and communications.
Julie received a bachelor’s degree in Business and Economics from Lehigh University, where she studied Finance.
